We examine the TMJs (palpation, imaging, joint dynamics), assess muscular function, and determine whether a deprogrammer is needed. Records are taken in Centric Relation, models are mounted, and a full diagnostic wax-up guides treatment. After tooth preparation, carefully designed temporary restorations allow us to test comfort, function, and aesthetics for several weeks.
