Lonestar Family Dental advocates for repairing and saving a tooth whenever possible. Sometimes that’s not possible, and the best course of action is to extract a tooth. If a tooth extraction is needed, our emergency dentists can remove your tooth and keep you comfortable during the process using local anesthetics. If a tooth or teeth need to be removed but aren’t easily reached by the emergency dentist, a surgical extraction may be necessary. Like normal tooth extractions, we make sure to keep you comfortable and send you home with post-operative instructions to help you recover quickly.
